Really so impressed with the hotel. Especially love the bar/cafe - fab ambiance, great place to hang out in the day or evening. Singular negative is the breakfast which I find just a bit limited and comparatively poor in terms of quality of offering and range. But please don’t think that means bad. It’s not. Must give acknowledgement to brilliant ladies at front desk - one especially - sorry I didn’t get her name. I can speak French but it’s been a while so I am rusty. She asked if I would like to speak English. I said no, I need to practice. And she said (in French) ok, I will perhaps speak a little slower in French.and if you get stuck we can use English. Just so brilliant! Thoughtful. My daughter and I were wowed!! My daughter said ‘isn’t that the best attitude and service we have ever had in France’ - and you know, she is kind of right.

Julian and the team with him in the morning coffee make you enjoy everything, even the music in the evening with the wonderful atmosphere.. Victoria in the front offices is another story in the world of hotel and hospitality.. I hope that there will be an academy named after her in this specialty.. Indeed, when you look at the details, you will find behind all of this a distinguished management and work environment that drives this excellence .. The rooms, the decorations, the lobby, the restaurants, the buffet, everything is vibrant and perfect...

The property was very nicely located and decorated inside. Almost all staff were met weee extremely kind! Would highly recommend this place to others.

This hotel is a gem! It's crawling distance to the train station, but also a short walk to the center of everything. The hotel itself is lovely -- modern but not over the top. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar area as well, and we will definitely return.

Very comfortable and clean room - nice room to come back to after a day out - fridge, kettle, and dressing gown all appreciated. Very comfortable bed, resulting in a good night's sleep. Excellent location - by the Saint Roche train station, minutes from the tram stops and less than 10 minutes walk to town. Right by a taxi rank, which was useful Helpful, friendly staff Breakfast area spacious and comfortable with indoor and outside seeting, Loved the hotel and ideal for a short or long stay.
