Belaroïa Montpellier Centre Saint Roch

This is a nice modern hotel and we had a clean comfortable room. The staff were friendly. The room was a good size for us as a family of 4. It is very convenient for the station - I read other reviews that it was noisy but we did not hear anything, maybe we were lucky with room placement. The room was good value.

- Staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very attentive - Facilities were super clean, all the time. It's rare that during cleaning services they vacuum thoroughly, on top of that the cleaning supervisor would occasionally check in to see if more amenities were required or any last minute request - Breakfast is 22 Euros but it's delicious, the source the best of all local products and have them available during breakfast - Room was so spacious, it was like a small apartment - Check-in early was accommodated free of charge - Staff would always greet us every time we would arrive and leave - Location is 2 minute walk from main downtown plaza, and 30 second walk to Train Station

The friendliness of the staff. We were extremely grateful for the helpfulness of the staff as we booked late the night before following a disastrous booking at another place. Explaining this when booking, we asked if we could drop our luggage off early, knowing that rooms are available from 4pm. When we checked in at 8:30am, to our delight, we were told that there was a room ready for us to use straight away! We were extremely grateful. The room was spotless, the bed so comfortable-everything was great. We will definitely stay again.

Julian and the team with him in the morning coffee make you enjoy everything, even the music in the evening with the wonderful atmosphere.. Victoria in the front offices is another story in the world of hotel and hospitality.. I hope that there will be an academy named after her in this specialty.. Indeed, when you look at the details, you will find behind all of this a distinguished management and work environment that drives this excellence .. The rooms, the decorations, the lobby, the restaurants, the buffet, everything is vibrant and perfect...

The property was very nicely located and decorated inside. Almost all staff were met weee extremely kind! Would highly recommend this place to others.
